George was sitting on the floor of the corridor, his back up against the wall and underneath a window, bright light from the sunny day outside streaming in. He had taken off his robes so he now sat there in his black pants and white shirt, his tie loose. He closed his eyes and tried to think up new ideas for the Weasley products, maybe another 'snack' for their famous Sniving Snackboxes. More things like this needed to be invented now that they had Umbridge as High Inquisitor.

The wonderful corridors of Hogwarts, always something about them that was oddly comforting for Envi. With each step, he could faintly hear the clapping echo, it wasn't loud, but perhaps loud enough to announce his presence to anyone around. Donned in his Hufflepuff robe that was left open to flap with his movements and reveal the dull gray suit and the undone tie that wrapped around his neck only to dangle at his chest. Each step was another train of thought for Envi as he tried to ignore the troubles that haunted him in the back of his mind. He had barely noticed George Weasely sitting there as he walked right on by and his feet took a turn a few steps away. Thinking there was another path there, Envi was terribly mistaken as he ran his nose, a second time, into the stone wall and stumbled back only to rub his nose, "Why must I keep doing this to myself?" he muttered under his breath before he caught George out of the corner of his eye and turned around quickly, shoving his hands to his sides acting like he didn't run into the wall, "Howdy...what are you doing sitting there? Someone could trip over you and fall...course, there would be a hint of amusement within that itself..." Shrugging, Envi continued to stand there and await the answer while his emerald orbs looked down the corridors, making sure no one would trip on George.

He was heading off to find Harry, he hadn't hung out with Harry all day and wanted to chat, it was fun to have a nice talk. Ron looked out the window and watched the leaves billow in the trees, not looking where he was going. Just then, he tripped over someone on the floor. It was George - his brother. Envilas Grayhorn was standing near him, talking. Ron scrambled up and brushed himself off. "Er, George, unless you're waiting for Alicia to come and trip into your lap, I think you should move." He grinned jokingly.

Draco had been on his way to the common room, he was going to write a reply to his father, who had written him earlier that day. He as already annoyed with having to write to his father, though it was better to stay on his good side - this way if anyone bothered Draco his father could avenge him. He scowled for no apparant reason, his head pointed toward the floor, looking at his feet. He noticed ahead of him a blockage in the hall. One of the Weasley twins, he didn't know which one, and Ron Weasley. Along with them stood Envilas Grayhorn from Hufflepuff. This was just not his day. Draco's eyes narrowed and he snapped, "Get out of the way, you blood traitors."

Seeing a Hufflepuff approach him, George shifted positions a little. "I was just loitering," George grinned at the boy, "By the way, what's your name? What year are you in? You're not in seventh, otherwise I'd know you." He doubted that the boy didn't know him, after all he and Fred were pretty famous at Hogwarts with their well-known pranks.
Before the Hufflepuff could answer him though, someone tripped over George. "Ron, geroff me!" George gasped, pushing his brother off his chest. He blushed at the comment on Alicia. "Ah, I don't need to wait for her to drop into my lap, Ronnie, I did ask her to the Yule Ball you know and...I'll ask her out...sometime." He looked around, a little embarassed. Just then, an unwanted visitor arrived: Draco Malfoy. Get out of the way, you blood traitors. Malfoy was his usual snobby self. George stood up and towered over Malfoy. "We were here first you prat," he spat, "and don't be telling me that you'll tell your father on us, don't you know that you should fight your own battles and not have to depend on ickle daddykins to help?"

Wishing that Crabbe and Goyle were with him, Draco glared at the WeasIley twin. The Gryffindors always seemed to like calling him and the other Slytherins cowards and such, he supposed it was just to help boost their own self-esteem. He knew that Slytherins were the most honorable students at Hogwarts, they were the only house who didn't have filthy mud-bloods and not even half-bloods. "This is a hallway, Weasley, not a place to loiter," he grinned maliciously, an idea dawning on him, "Do you want me to tell Umbridge about you all? I bet she'd love to give you all detentions for breaking her rules. You Gryffindors don't think you need rules, though, do you?"
He ignored the crack about his father, trying to insult Weasley in return.

Scowling at Malfoy, George folded his arms. "You sound like Umbridge, Malfoy, I thought you were Snape's little pet, are you leaving Snape for Umbridge now?" He asked bitterly. George moved out of the way, anyway, he didn't want to waste his time having a fight with Malfoy - he'd rather be coming up with pranks. "Go ahead, tell the toad, I honestly don't care," he said with a sneer, mimicking the one on Malfoy's face. His sneer turned to a smirk, "Aw, is wittle Malfoy being a good boy and following all the rules? Perhaps you'll get a lollipop for being such a good wittle boy."
George knew that he sounded like a Slytherin and he wasn't that mean to anyone but Malfoy. But of course, Malfoy was a special case - a slime ball if you'd like to call him that. Worse.

"Do you want me to crack open your head like a chicken egg, Malfoy?" Alicia growled. She had been walking past when she heard this comment toward her house and George. She had not heard what Ron had said earlier...or what George had said. She slammed her thick History of Magic book in her hand threateningly as she glared at Draco. "Scurry back to your dungeon, ferret boy, your daddy and body guards aren't here to protect you." Her dark eyes found his pale ones and she glared into them. Oh, how she wanted to just swing the book around and bash in Malfoy's head!
Of course, Alicia wouldn't do that...there would be to much blood to clean up.

Screeching insults came at him from behind and Draco swung around to see another Gryffindor, Alicia Spinnet, nearing him - spitting rude commepnts at him. "Oh, I can do more than hit you in the head with a book, Spinnet," he sneered, taking out his wand. He wasn't afraid of her, the only two things that Draco was actually afraid of was his father and...most of all...Voldemort.
He glared at her, "Really? Well that doesn't mean I can't do all I can to ruin your life if you insult me again, now does it? My father has some very reliable sources who could make your life miserable once you leave Hogwarts. Mark my words, you don't want to mess with a Malfoy." At that he turned on his heel and strode away. Just as he neared the path to the dungeons, he turned around and sent a leg locker curse at Alicia. His aim was good and he knew it would hit its target.

"Oh, I can do more than hit you in the head with a book, Spinnet,"
"Oh," She said, laughing slightly, "Did you think I was gonna smack you in the head with a book? Hell no, bitch!" She pulled out her wand, "This is what I intend to do to you...and even this seems pretty pathetic compared to what you deserve!" This every word she gave her wand a tiny flick.
"Really? Well that doesn't mean I can't do all I can to ruin your life if you insult me again, now does it? My father has some very reliable sources who could make your life miserable once you leave Hogwarts. Mark my words, you don't want to mess with a Malfoy."
She looked him over, "Oh, trust me honey, I don't want to mess with a Malfoy...they're too...platinum blonde for me. Naw, I perfer red heads." She winked at George and then glared back at Malfoy, "I ain't intimidated by a Malfoy; I'm gonna have a job anyway, so thank you, but I don't need, nor do I want your-for lack of a better word-help. Hurry away, you pussy, back to your ugly mum before I lose control of my wand hand!"
He turned away and she put her wand away. She herself was about to turn and walk away when Malfoy turned and cursed her. She let out a little scream and crashed to the ground, her legs together. All of Alicia's things spilled on the ground and she struggled to force her legs apart, which she could not. "That bitch!" She hissed, Draco was fair at charms...not to her fortune.
